STEAP is proud to announce the installation of its newest public art project, "Sin Barreras" (Without Borders), a striking mural by acclaimed artist Anthony Acosta-Oviedo. The mural now graces the exterior of the Medical Loan Closet on 7th Avenue East in Hendersonville, serving as a vibrant new landmark in the city’s growing collection of public art.

Inspired by the universal values of compassion, hope, and human connection, "Sin Barreras" celebrates the idea that kindness and caring know no boundaries. Through bold imagery and rich symbolism, the mural reflects the Medical Loan Closet’s mission of serving people from all walks of life while reminding us that our shared humanity is stronger than the barriers that divide us.
